Foam inserts and foam inlays are individually manufactured according to your needs and requirements.

In the figure shown, the bottom of the foam insert has been reinforced with a plastic blank made of Forex. Additionally, two nylon hand straps have been attached, improving thus the insert’s use.

You may order or have manufactured foam inserts and foam inlays in various shapes, sizes and colours, depending on packaging requirements.

The PE (polyethylene) foam Plastazote is very appropriate for applications in areas where cleanliness (particles) plays an important role.

This technology is not just very accurate, but is meeting in many applications the hygienic requirements on packaging.
